This week I was able to interview one of my favorite “students of leadership” and authors, Simon Sinek.. We advocate asking great questions on a regular basis to get employees and managers talking about what is most important. If you follow this principle, they claim, the inspirational power of the company and the benefits it enjoys will increase. In June, Simon surprised us with a visit to our San Francisco office.
